As the Community Relations Representative for the OMNOVA Solutions Foundation, Kim manages a $1.4 million dollar budget and is responsible for the initial evaluation of all incoming grant requests from OMNOVA’s ten domestic communities. She also serves as the key representative for employee and community engagement activities.
Kim graduated from The University of Akron where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Communications and a Master of Arts Degree in Higher Education Administration. She also earned an MBA from Kent State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Akron’s Diversity on Board program and serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries and the Women’s Endowment Fund.
