President's Message

Welcome to Akron Roundtable, which for 30 years has been bringing speakers of national reputation to Akron, Ohio, for live luncheon presentations.  When you are in the Akron area, plan to join us for these lively talks.  Lunch begins at noon on the third Thursday of each month at Tangier Restaurant, 532 West Market Street, Akron and the speaker begins at 12:30 p.m.. If you cannot attend in person, you can listen to our speakers on www.wksu.org. 
The 45-minute program is also broadcast on WKSU 89.7FM at 7:00 p.m. on the day of the speech.  These opportunities to engage with some of the most important topics and thinkers of our day are available because of a dedicated volunteer Board of Trustees and our sponsors, underwriters and patrons, without which the programs would not be possible.
